Terms & Conditions
By accessing, browsing, and using our website or any of our applications through any platform and/or by completing a booking, you acknowledge and agree that you have read, understood, and accepted the following terms and conditions.
The Contract
All persons wishing to make a booking must carefully read and understand the following Terms and Conditions.
1.By making a booking with our Company, you accept on your own behalf and on behalf of all persons named in the booking, including minors and disabled persons, to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2.A booking requires a 30% deposit. The remaining balance must be paid directly to the skipper in cash (euros) or by credit card.
3.A booking is accepted and becomes final only from the date on which our Company sends a confirmation email (travel voucher), which must be presented to the skipper responsible for the service and entitles the user to use the service. Maredivino Sorrento Charter S.r.l. also reserves the right to propose alternative solutions or any changes via email.
4.Upon receiving confirmation of the tour/excursion/transfer, the customer must verify its contents and report any discrepancies by email to info@maredivinocharter.com within 48 hours.
5.These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between our Company and the Customer in relation to the subject matter hereof and form a binding agreement.
6.In any case, customers shall be entitled to the rights provided under the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree No. 206/2005).
Boats Cancellation Policy
(Conam 46ht, Gozzo 35, Di Luccia 9, Baumarine 39, Itama 38, Allure 38, Jeranto 7.50, Saver 7.50, Q20, Futura 38 Esposito, Gozzo 45, Saxdor 320 GTO)
No penalty will be charged for cancellations made up to 15 days before the service date. In the event of cancellation within 15 days prior to the service date, Maredivino Sorrento Charter S.r.l. reserves the right not to refund the 30% deposit paid for the service.
Yachts Cancellation Policy
(Azimut 62S, Princess V55 R, Abacus 70 Fly, Klase 50, Conam 58S, Azimuth 55 Atlantis)
Cancellation with at least 30 days’ notice before the departure date
Full refund (100%) of the amount paid.
Cancellation between 29 and 15 days before the departure date
Partial refund equal to 30% of the total amount.
Cancellation within 14 days of the departure date
No refund will be provided; 100% of the amount will be charged.
Cancellation due to adverse weather conditions
Should weather conditions not allow us to guarantee the safety and comfort of passengers on board, and therefore the service cannot be carried out, any amount already paid will be refunded.
We will do our best to reschedule the tour for the following days or bring it forward, if possible and subject to availability. If the customer is unable to change the service date, we will proceed with a full refund of the deposit paid.
